Written on the back in Max's hand writing is 'At a Leper Colony 100 miles north of New Orleans USA - Max played Golf for the lepers in 1961' His son Guy stated that other golfers flatly refused to take part in the money raising evvent

Shipping & Handling Charges If you are not prepared to collect your parcels personally, OSA we will oblige all bidders who wish us to pack their items, charges will be made to cover all costs including, packing materials, and completion of documentation, labour and delivery to Post Office. These charges will be higher than the postage costs seen on your parcel. If you pay by Credit Card irrespective of the value I will send your parcel by “Signed For Delivery Service” Following the new Post Office price structure we have reluctantly been forced to introduce a minimum postage and packing charge of Ł5 per consignment. Your full postage costs will appear on your invoice. If you wish to have your items sent by private courier please contact us. Beware parcels not insured by you, are not the responsibility of Old Sports Auctions if they are lost – damaged or stolen. (This lot is housed in the UK; if you do buy multiple items from consignor a reduction of postage costs will be implemented) This can only be done after you have received your items, any refunds can be used to purchase in my After Sales or in future auctions.
